Kiddocap satisfaction guarantee
At Accessoires Kiddocap Inc., we want to offer a simple, reassuring and transparent experience. If the Kiddocap does not suit your child or does not meet your expectations, we are here to help.
1. Return window
You have 30 days following receipt of your order to request a return or a refund. The window is calculated from the delivery date indicated for the order. The date on which we receive your request by email is used to confirm whether the window has been respected.
2. Refund eligibility conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must:

be in its original, unused condition;
-
be clean, with no stains or odors;
-
not have been used beyond reasonable trying-on;

still have its original tags attached and, where possible, its original packaging;

be accompanied by proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is visibly used, dirty, damaged, incomplete, altered or unfit for resale, except in the case of a defect covered by this policy.
3. How to request a return
To request a return or a refund, please write to us at info@kiddocap.com and include:

your name;

your order number;

the reason for the return;

any useful information to help us process your request more quickly.
Once your request is accepted, we will send you the return instructions. No return should be shipped without prior approval by email.
4. Return fees
Except in the case of a defective, damaged or wrongly sent item, return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. The initial delivery fees paid at the time of the order are not refundable, unless required by applicable law or if the return results from an error on our part. When the return is eligible, we refund the purchase price of the product and the applicable sales taxes paid on that product.

6. Defective, damaged or non-conforming product
Any defect must be reported within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving your order, so a manufacturing defect can be distinguished from later damage caused by use. A product reported as defective must not have been damaged by use, misuse, an accident, or an activity outside its intended scope (see the Terms of Service).

one or more clear photos of the product.
After validation, we may, at our discretion: replace the product at no cost; refund the product; or offer another reasonable solution. In some cases, to avoid unnecessary shipping costs, we may ask you to render the product unusable and send us photo proof before proceeding; in that case, no physical return is required.
7. Non-eligible items
Unless otherwise provided by applicable law, the following are not eligible for a refund:

items returned beyond the applicable window;

items that have been used, washed or damaged by use, misuse or accident;

items returned without their tags or in a condition unfit for resale, except in the case of a covered defect;

items for which no proof of purchase can be provided within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Refund processing time
Once the return is received and inspected, or once the request is otherwise approved, we will inform you of the acceptance or refusal of the refund. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. The exact time may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
9. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a question of size or suitability, please write to us at info@kiddocap.com and we will let you know the options available at the time of your request.
10. Applicable rights
This policy applies subject to the laws in force in Canada and Quebec. Nothing in this policy limits any right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer-protection laws.
