Shipping policy

1. Service area

We currently ship our products within Canada only.

2. Order processing

Orders are generally prepared within 1 to 3 business days following confirmation of payment. No processing takes place on weekends or holidays, unless otherwise indicated. The timeframes shown are estimates and may change depending on circumstances or during high-volume periods.

3. Pre-orders

Some products offered for pre-order include an estimated shipping date, with the note that shipping will not be carried out within the usual timeframes applicable to products already in stock. These dates remain estimates and may change depending on production, logistics or supply.

4. Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, strikes, inaccurate addresses, or events beyond our reasonable control.

5. Shipping fees

Standard shipping is free everywhere in Canada, with no minimum purchase.

6. Shipping confirmation and tracking

A confirmation email may be sent with tracking information, where available.

7. Delivery address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. We are not responsible for delays or failures resulting from inaccurate or incomplete addresses.

8. Once handed to the carrier

Once an order is handed to the carrier, we cannot guarantee the carrier's timeframes or handling.

9. Lost, stolen or packages marked as delivered

Please contact us at info@kiddocap.com within a reasonable timeframe. Each situation is assessed on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery has been confirmed to the address provided, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Damaged products

Please contact us at info@kiddocap.com with your order number, a description, and photos of the package and the damaged product.

11. Missing items or order errors

Report this to info@kiddocap.com with your order number and a description so we can correct it.

12. Shipping-related returns

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy, published separately.

13. Shipping restrictions and refusals

We reserve the right to refuse a shipment in the event of an error, a payment problem, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, an address that is not served, or an exceptional situation.

14. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we cannot be held responsible for losses, costs or damages resulting from delays, shipping errors, lost packages or thefts after delivery.

15. Changes to this policy

We may modify this shipping policy at any time. The version in force is the one published on the site.
